What this journal is

This journal lists the interventions on the Constitution page identified in the review of 29 October 2026, from the site repository's history. It is not a complete record. Entries are dated by the commit that made them; times are New York time. It describes interventions; the limited comparison describes the differences between the English page and the internal document examined. It does not modify, complete or requalify any entry of §14 of the Constitution.

• 30 July 2026 · Page created in English and French. §11.1 published as amended on 30 July 2026 according to §14; §14 published with two entries dated 30 July 2026 (the amendment and its procedural disclosure). §11.1 described the Government Pension Investment Fund of Japan as the largest sovereign wealth fund. • 1 August 2026 · §2, English edition only, one word: “legitimacy” became “authority”. Separately, the internal document examined in the comparison carries an entry v0.1.8 dated 1 August 2026 that records the same one-word change in its own text; the order and the relation between the two changes are not established here. The French edition was not changed and still reads “légitimité” at the date of this journal. (commit 774b462)
• 5 August 2026 · §12.1, English edition, one word: “The operational engine” became “The operational framework”. (commit c3cd458) · Same day, French edition: “moteur opérationnel” became “cadre opérationnel”. (commit a416058)
• 5 August 2026 · Japanese edition created. (commit bf0c8d9)
• 6 August 2026, 10:21 · §11.1, English, French and Japanese: “sovereign wealth fund” became “pension fund”. §14: an entry dated 6 August 2026 was added in the three editions; it named the origin of the correction as an adversarial audit by an external agent, and it already carried the sentence “Original wording preserved for provenance · corrected forward”. • 6 August 2026, 10:27 · §11.1, English, French and Japanese: the address of the Japanese edition changed from nyalai.com/ja to nyalai.com/jp. (commit 861d30e)
• 6 August 2026, 11:42 · §14, English, French and Japanese: in the entry dated 6 August 2026, the words naming the origin of the correction were replaced. In English, “Adversarial audit by fresh Fable 5 (external agent) verified” became “Adversarial re-review verified”; in French, “Un audit adversarial mené par un agent Fable 5 externe a vérifié” became “Une nouvelle vérification adversariale … a confirmé”. Nothing else in the entry changed. The commit that made this change describes it as retroactive. (commit bbeb779)
• 12 October 2026 · Simplified Chinese edition created, carrying the three §14 entries. (commit 9cb562f)
• 12 October 2026 · Footnote on the governing text replaced in the four editions. Before: the English and Chinese editions described themselves as translations of a French original, which governed; the French edition described itself as the original French founding text; the Japanese edition described itself as a reference translation of the English page. After, in all four: the French preamble governs for §1; §2 to §14 are the original English text and govern their translations. (commit ae9b3da)
• 26 October 2026 · Editorial note added above the text in English (commit 4b6638c) and in French (commit 9a4192b, which also added it to the Japanese and Chinese editions; commit b274bec withdrew it from those two the same day, before publication). These commits removed no line of the Constitution text. The merge that published them (465bc7f) also carried other changes to the site, including one line of the page footer.
• 29 October 2026 · Editorial note replaced, English and French. The sentence “It does not amend the Constitution, which is reproduced below as ratified on 29 July 2026, and it does not change any rule.” was withdrawn in full: its statement of reproduction, because the page carries entries recorded in §14 after 29 July 2026 and differs from the internal document examined; its clause “it does not change any rule”, without replacement, because its scope had not been established. The body of the Constitution on the page was not changed. This journal and a limited public comparison were created. (creation and corrections: commits 12bb288 and 5be8747)

What this journal does not do

• It does not modify, complete or requalify any entry of §14; the three entries served there stand as they are.
• It does not say whether the entry of 6 August 2026 falls under §6 or under §10, nor whether the site was launched on that day.
• “As amended on 30 July 2026 according to §14” reports the page's own qualification; it does not adopt it.
• It does not describe the differences between the page and the internal document examined: that is the object of the limited comparison.
• It does not claim to list every intervention: twenty commits touch the English page in the repository's history; fourteen commits are cited here, nine of them among those twenty; the others have not all been read.
